At STM, we are committed to ensuring your athletic gear meets your performance standards with a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If your equipment or apparel isn't the perfect fit for your game, we'll help you find the right exchange or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
